The Latest News

Popping back in to share the latest news around here.

Spring seems to be on its way, but since it's only March, we know we could still be in for some more snow.

Big happy news from the rabbitry is that Louisa May Alcott is now making a Little Woman happy. She went to live with a farming family whose daughter wants her as a pet and a 4H project. They had done a lot of research on Youtube to learn how to care for an angora. It was a pleasure to send her home with them.

Sarah has been working on some more angora yarn. It takes a little longer for her to finish up her spinning now that she is working at the library also. But we have plenty of fiber in the Etsy store for those who want to do their own spinning.

Other activities of late include Roo getting her wisdom teeth pulled and Sarah and Faith getting to work in their uncle's maple syrup business open house. They had a blast being tour guides and transporting visitors from the parking area to the sugar shack driving a Gator (glorified golf cart).

I'll leave you with a few pictures of beautiful Traverse Bay. I get to drive past it every week and its a joy each time.

I've also gotten to do a little sewing which I'll show you once I get more done.
